| All web site prices shown on this site reflect design fees only. There are other costs involved to run a web site, and here at Design by Devin, we feel it is important that you know what these are before you plan to build your site. There are three main fees involved with running a site, once the initial design is complete: |

1. Hosting |
| A web site, simply put, is a series of files that are linked together. When you type in www.somesite.com, your internet browser is instructed to automatically send you to a specific place to view the files for that site. These files must be kept in a secure location that is specifically designed to handle many users acessing those files at the same time. |

2. Domain Registration |
| A domain is a name for your site. www.designbydevin.com or www.yourcompanyhere.com are examples of domain names. You much purchase the rights to the name before you can use it. |

3. Maintenance Plans |
| Unless you have web design experience, Design by Devin will be responsible for all changes that need to be made to your site at any given time. Whether you are updating news, prices, photos, or contact information, there will be fees along with this maintenance. We offer two levels of maintenance plans: Contract and Pay-As-You-Go. |
